Expected energy analysis for industrial process planning problem with fuzzy time parameters
نویسندگان
چکیده
Industrial process planning is to make an optimal decision in terms of resource allocation. The planning objective can be to minimize the time required to complete a task, maximize customer satisfaction by completing orders in a timely fashion and minimize the cost required to complete a task. Based on time and energy consumption in an industrial process planning problem, a novel energy analysis method is proposed to solve it. According to different constraints and credibility theory, typical expected value models of energy for it are presented. In addition, a hybrid intelligent optimization algorithm integrating fuzzy simulation, neural network and genetic algorithm is provided for solving the proposed expected value models. Some numerical examples are also given to illustrate the proposed concepts and the effectiveness of the used algorithm. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Analysis of critical paths in a project network with random fuzzy activity times
Project planning is part of project management, which is relates to the use of schedules such as Gantt charts to plan and subsequently report progress within the project environment. Initially, the project scope is defined and the appropriate methods for completing the project are determined. In this paper a new approach for the critical path analyzing a project network with random fuzzy activi...
متن کاملA New Multi-objective Model for Multi-mode Project Planning with Risk
The purpose of this problem is to choose a set of project activities for crashing, in a way that the expected project time, cost and risk are minimized and the expected quality is maximized. In this problem, each project activity can be performed with a specific executive mode. Each executive mode is characterized with four measures, namely the expected time, cost, quality and risk. In this pap...
متن کاملA New Multi-Objective Model for Dynamic Cell Formation Problem with Fuzzy Parameters
This paper proposes a comprehensive, multi-objective, mixed-integer, nonlinear programming (MINLP) model for a cell formation problem (CFP) under fuzzy and dynamic conditions aiming at: (1) minimizing the total cost which consists of the costs of intercellular movements and subcontracting parts as well as the cost of purchasing, operation, maintenance and reconfiguration of machines, (2) maximi...
متن کاملGroup Decision Making based on a New Evaluation Method and Hesitant Fuzzy Setting with an Application to an Energy Planning Problem
In recent two decades, countries focused on minimum extraction of fossil fuels and utilized the renewable energies based on countries' policies and the environmental considerations. Thus, choosing the best renewable energy alternative is a significant role to investment on them. Among the classical decision approaches that have used in the literature, the hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs) theory is ap...
متن کاملDetermining production level under uncertainty using fuzzy simulation and bootstrap technique, a case study
In every production plant, it is necessary to have an estimation of production level. Sometimes there are many parameters affective in this estimation. In this paper, it tried to find an appropriate estimation of production level for an industrial factory called Barez in an uncertain environment. We have considered a part of production line, which has different production time for different kin...
